Glimpsa is a product operated by Korel (usekorel.com). Subscriptions are sold and processed by Paddle.com as our merchant of record and authorized reseller, on behalf of Korel. Charges will appear on your statement under Korel / Paddle.
Glimpsa is a browser extension that sends content you select to Anthropic's Claude API and displays the response. You may use your own Anthropic API key, or a managed plan where we provide the key subject to a quota.
You are responsible for the content you submit and for complying with Anthropic's usage policies and applicable law. Do not use the service for unlawful, infringing, or abusive purposes. If you bring your own key, you are responsible for charges Anthropic bills to it.
Paid plans are billed in advance through Paddle, our merchant of record, on a recurring basis until cancelled. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. Cancelling is separate from a refund — see Refunds below. Managed-plan quotas reset monthly. Fees are exclusive of taxes where applicable; Paddle handles tax collection.
You may cancel your purchase and request a full refund within 14 days, for any reason. This applies to one-off purchases and to the first payment of a subscription. We do not require you to give a reason, and we do not make you prove you didn't use the product.
Subscription renewal payments fall outside the 14-day window. That said, if a renewal caught you by surprise or you simply forgot to cancel, contact us — we would rather refund you than keep money you didn't mean to spend.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method and are normally processed within 14 days of approval. Because Paddle.com is our merchant of record, the refund is handled by Paddle on our behalf. You can request one in any of these ways:
Your statutory rights are unaffected. Depending on where you live, local law may give you a longer or shorter cancellation window (for example, 14 days in the EU, EEA, Switzerland and the UK), and Paddle's own Refund Policy and Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase. Where those give you more than this section does, they take precedence.
We may decline a refund where there is evidence of fraud or repeated refund abuse.
Managed plans are metered. We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that abuse the quota, attempt to circumvent metering, or use automated bulk access.
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date — including verification results, which are best-effort checks against public sources. Do not rely on output for decisions without independent confirmation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any amount exceeding the fees you paid in the prior three months.
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
